According to this brand, it is a size EUR 40 & a US 9. You may also look online to check for yourself!
On my end, these were tried on only, they didn't fit me due to it being too snug. Assumed because my feet are wider & I'm usually a JP size 25. I sized up for a comfortable fit but they didn't fit as expected.
I did end up buying a size 41 & they fitted me perfectly for reference!
I'm not sure about width but I roughly got 11-12cm for these heels.
